i just started working out because i have body image issues but it increases my anxiety and contamination compulsions. just wondering if anyone has anything out there that might help... if not thanks for listening <3

      I find imagery exposures to be a good start! You still have to get through the fear, but when you just imagine the fear, it’s a more doable start

      I'm sorry if this isn't helpful, but for OCD exposure is necessary. Idk what your compulsions are but try to look at one compulsion that you think it's manageable, and create an exposure with it.
