i used to go outside almost everyday for a 30 min jog but whenever i went out, there were always people and i dont know why, but seeing other people and having the possibility of them talking to me just makes me super nervous. i really want to go outside but i just dont have the motivation anymore because i feel like it's not worth the trouble of other people staring at me and judging me ig (even though i know they're not)

You could jog with a friend, talk to a friend on the phone while you jog, of if you live in a very safe area you can listen to music while you jog
When I walk outside I look down at the floor trying to not get anyone’s attention and starting a conversation is always awkward for me.

Hey there! I 100% relate to that. Sometimes, for me it makes me feel better going outside with large headphones (earbuds or usually over the ear headphones) which can make it less likely to be spoken to. You could also go outside with something to keep you occupied to in theory kind of deter people from talking to you. You’ve got this! I wish you the best of luck! ❤️
I have this issue too. I used to try morning jogs and night jogs, during the day and nothing worked. There were always people. Makes no sense
