I just now realize that ever since I was younger, I'd say "I'm sorry" or "Sorry" a lot... I just thought it was normal, but now that I think about it, I feel like I annoy people just by saying that, even if I didn't do anything wrong... I really need to break the habit of saying "Sorry"/"I'm sorry" each time I think I do something wrong, but I don't know how...

ohmygod same. i never realized how much i do it until i started dating my now partner. he’s helped me a lot starting to break the cycle by asking me why i feel the need to apologize when i do and makes sure to give me affirmations so i know he’s not like attacking me or anything :)
