Struggling with Independence and Depression

so my dad died a week before my 12th birthday, developed epilepsy at 14 and I've never really been independent. I'm 29 now and I am terrified that I'll never be able to be independent. I don't understand all my medical information, basic adulting knowledge (banking, credit, etc), I can't drive. I'm so depressed it's making me stressed and I'm afraid it's going to start messing with my seizures.

        @muni a case manager for what and no, I can't drive to one nor afford it

      I'm not sure about you however, seeing as how everyone experiences the same diagnosis in different ways it may or may not affect your seizures. In my experience, stress has caused seizures for the same fear of possibly not being able to be independent.
