Absolutely. I recently read Digital Minimalism. It mentioned talking about being alone with your thoughts but not just being alone while thinking but it's that you are not thinking about other people or other media or what you've heard people say. I was baffled because I cannot I'm trying to take his idea seriously but in my head I just repeat "everybodyyyyy yeaaaaah rock yo bodyy"

Yes! I don’t know lyrics well though so usually it’s parts of songs on repeat or the music.
