I just feel so numb right now. In the past when this happened i would skip my meds for a couple days to try to regain some sense of feeling. but now someone watches me take them so i cant skip them which is probably for the best. i just feel a deep pit of !?!? (sadness, anger, sorrow,!?!?!) and i can feel it but emotionally im not able to express it. i just feel off. i dont know what to do since i used to use unhealthy coping mechanisms but im trying to stay clean as possible. i just dont know what to do tbh :( im pretyy sure this is depression symptoms but it could just be med symptoms. im not sure.
