I've been having a lack of motivation. Anyone have any advice that could be helpful?

A lot of times, watching things that inspire me helps me get motivated. I’m an artist, so when I get demotivated, I watch videos on art or look at other people’s art on social media and that inspires me to draw!

Yeah, observing someone else passion on something I would normally do help s reframe that fire to keep going. I agree with @YoursTrulyNavy And somtimes it’s just listening to music that motivates.

I'm horrible at advice, but what I've learned works for me is just pushing myself. I end up falling into a really motivated heads pace once I start working on the thing I've been putting off for so long, then afterward I reward myself (TV time, a treat, etc.)
Race tea. Ok hear me out, if you like tea or coffee you could put some on the pot and race your tea or coffee to do a small task like try to wash 10 dishes before your tea is done brewing, I've fond this very helpful and rewarding!
Using timers is definitely helpful
I’m not great with advice, but i came here to say you’re definitely not alone. This is a huge symptom of B1D and it can be really hard sometimes. If you ever need to chat please message me 💜
I pick something that I normally enjoy and set a timer for 10 minutes. I force myself do the thing for 10 minutes and I can stop after the timer goes off but often I get engaged with it and want to keep going. If not I did something for 10 minutes and can rest. And if I do this once a day or every couple days I slowly get more motivation to do the things without the timer.

try to remember why you first started doing that thing. and if it's something you're not happy with, maybe reconsider why you're doing it
