Sharing My Neurodivergency Experience

Absolutely! I found a lot of great, caring & understanding neurospicy folx on here. I've said a lot, asked a lot, and responded to things I have never told any other person, even close friends, and family. And ppl here understand and they make you feel less alone and isolated and just validate your experiences and can actually relate. You'd be surprised how many ppl can understand where you're coming from. Even if you feel like nobody could possibly get it or make sense of it. I work in mental health as well so talking about these things is an everyday thing for me and I was still shocked by the commonalities Everybody has their own stories. And tell them in their own time, when they're ready. If you're ready, we are here with open arms. Sharing yours is welcome here! Either as a post or ppl who communicate with DMs as well.
