Same. I was doing fine at work and then just started crying uncontrollably. They sent me home when I started hurting myself. So tired of being alive. How are you doing, right now? Any better?

    @Freed_Spirit same. Its hard to do thing you love to do. Although, I dont really do anything but fight intrusive thoughts all day, everyday. Whether at home or at work. Today, it just took over.
