I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD, my whole life has been a struggle and I have no friends that I actually see due to being flaky with plans! Anybody relate?

      I can only handle 1-2 friends at a time. Love them to bits but I yawn and loose track of what they or even what I am saying. Also im exhausted after hanging out .

      I haven't been fully diagnosed yet im waiting, but my entire life has been having friends for a small amount of time then years without any, I hate plans, forget to ask about them, would rather be in my house generally lol. I get you! X

        @Pinkk same! I love being at home but I am also reaching a point where I’m quite lonely so I can’t win! I just don’t know how to make friends as an adult 😂
