How do I know that I'm getting better from my anxiety?

I have been dealing with anxiety since I was a kid, there are times when I'm having a panic attack and don't know it til I finally come back down and I am just exhausted. I have looked back and seen how far I've come but sometimes when I'm looking back I find so many triggers and make a mental note to avoid them later but it seems to make my anxiety worse.

I've been dealing with anxiety seriously for about 4 years. For me I can look back on times I was anxious and think 'wow, I've come so far' If you just look at where you were to where you are now, it can help. If you're just at the beginning of your anxiety, just know it does get better. I used to hate hearing that, but it's so true. And you just have to trust that one day you won't feel quite so bad. And to just take everything one day, or one step, at a time. I hope you're doing ok today though, you deserve to feel good <33
