Call a nurse hotline or make an urgent care appointment! You can ask them all of your questions and get some of the physical feelings checked out- everything will come up normal and it will help soothe the anxiety OR if anything isn’t normal they will help you fix it. I recently did this and was prescribed propranolol- it’s a beta blocker that helps with heart rate and breathing. I know how scary it can be starting a new med when you’re scared about what’s going on with your body. Trust your doctors, they have your health and well-being in mind.
