I stopped taking all medications I had for everything on May 15th 2020. Everything has honestly been so much better but I still have an occasional PTSD break down that can be triggered by stress and people i'm not really close with touching me or coming near me. it's gets extremely bad to the point where I black out and hurt people trying to help or touch me when I'm having a meltdown. it's happening less often as time goes by but severity stay the same. I don't know what to do and I'm hurting the people I care about. I don't know how to stop it and a few friends of mine recommended cannabis bit smoking and drinking is off the table because addiction runs in my family and I don't want to go down that route.

Maybe try listening to random music. I’m literally in the same boat as you. I stopped all my meds and I’ve been fine but when my ptsd is triggered I get very very angry. A friend of mine said to try journaling or listening to random ass music
