Chronic Migraines and Hopelessness

this year has been the worst for me. I have been having the worst migraines since January 2022(I have had these since I was 17) I have migraines everyday with pain levels between 7-9 pounding throbbing pain. I been on so many medications for it & even tried steroids an nothing has worked. my pcp has had me monitoring my BP since June 30th an its been high ever since then idk when this started, im on medications now for it since last Wednesday(August 3rd). the side effects from the BP meds have me feeling awful, I have been on short term disability thru work since June 16th. I feel so hopeless since I been off work for so long an can't do what I used to do because of my health problems. I feel like nothing is ever going to work & I'm going to be in chronic pain forever.
