If you're going to experiment with turmeric I find the fresh raw root to be the most effective

Certain exercises and stretching can help depending on the cause of your pain. Drinking some anti inflammatory tea is a good contribution as well. Turmeric is one of the best superfoods for that as is matcha and parsley. I used to make parsley smoothies with vanilla protein powder. It was simultaneously delicious and revolting but it did help. You get used to it quickly. Matcha and turmeric however are delicious. If you want a healthy and helpful treat however, try yourself some hibiscus tea with mixed berry tea, echinacea, and lavender with honey. You can drink it hot, but chill it overnight and you have yourself the most delicious summer treat that you will benefit from. Also, sometimes even just finding something that makes you unbelievably happy to fight for puts you in a state of mind that releases the dopamine that you need to push through. It's easier said than done but if you find it, you're gonna ask yourself why you couldn't just be happier sooner. Good luck!
