Today me and my boyfriend got in a fight in the car because my boyfriend said something I disagreed on and we were silent the whole time in the car as we going to our destination. We got to the parking lot and sat in silence and could see he was frustrated. So I apologized if I had caused him any harm. And he didn’t respond but yelled tht I ruined the date and started to hit the steering wheel multiple times and was yelling. I sat there in shock as he yelling and went the car as he slammed the door and started to hit thing. He later told me to get out the car and told to go watch the movie by myself and he’d pick me up later and I said I didn’t want to watch the movie anymore. Then he said he’d drive me home and I said no I’ll take the bus. He started to yell does tht mean ur scared of me ! Not in a caring way but to kind of shove it in my face. He later called me crying for me to come back and to him how I felt but all o could feel was fear for myself and no longer felt safe but I went to him because I was worried about him and didn’t know what to do

You shouldn't go back to that. That's toxic and seems like it can lead to abuse real quick

You definitely shouldn't go back to that, darling. That's toxic at BEST and abusive at worse, his behavior is manipulative and emotionally/psychologically abusive. He shouldn't have a freak out, become violent towards ANYTHING or yell at you over you saying you disagree with him. Your fear is justified as that behavior should be unacceptable from anyone. Tell him to get a therapist and go find someone else. Good luck sweetheart, I hops you're alright.
