I recently started a new gel medication called Dicoflenac that helps minimally—but these days finding a med that helps anything fibro related even minimally is a win, so it might be worth asking your doctor about.

Yes, my knees are usually the worst. Cbd and epsom baths every night help to relax so you can at least try to fall asleep
