Weird Dizzy Feeling and Panic Attacks

Pay attention to your breathing when this happens. When it happened to me, it was because I wasn't getting enough air because I was having an anxiety or panic attack

I have that too… that what scares me more especially when i am at work. It makes me kore anxious and very bad panick attack…this is the worst feeling for me

This exact same thing happens to my step-mom, it happens when she's about to pass out but she doesn't pass out all the time, she always has to grab something or someone to keep her balance especially after sitting or crouching or turning too fast. I'm not sure if she has gotten diagnosed with anything yet but she has gone to the doctor multiple times for it
