At Work I get very anxious and fidgety a lot and I’ve tried everything to get me to calm down but nothing seems to work and I don’t know what else to do I’m not really the type of person to ask for help so I came here :/

I can only suggest what helps me at times; you may have tried these, but if not and you’re able, you might give them a shot: • I try to take a couple of short walks throughout the day to get some energy out. • I have a standing desk and a balance board that I’ll use if I’m standing to get some anxious energy out. At another job, I didn’t have a standing desk, but we had these chairs that sort of wobbled that we could grab from common areas. I’d use those part of the day. • I have theraputty (the black one — it’s the hardest one) at my desk if I need to really dig my fingernails into something to release tension. I also have a fidget cube, some fidget rings, and a glitter jar that I made. I can shake that up and watch the glitter fall to calm down a bit. Any way you can manage to get a bit of extra energy out should help. Best of luck!

Maybe try a yoga ball for a chair
