So Unfortunately Due To P.O.T.S I Completly Collapsed And Passed Out At Work Yesterday (Which I Hit The Floor Pretty Hard), My Manager Got Me To The Back And Stayed With Me Till I Came To. Tried To Get Me To Go Home Early And Rest But I Got Back Up And Went Back To Work As If Nothing Had Happened. I'm Curious On If Anyone Has Ever Had A Similar Experience Ever Happen To Them Before?

Only recently have I taken a few stumbles due to POTS and it was a wake up call for me. I found that TriOral rehydration salts or Kinderlyte (advanced? Pro? Can’t remember but it’s the adult one) both have the salt needed for my POTS (TriOral has 2.6g and Kinderlyte 800mg.) this helps a ton, especially because it’s salty to I dilute it, causing me to drink more water. Along with a salt regimen I started a beta blocker and an exercise routine. Using swim therapy and recumbent exercise I have started to build more orthostatic endurance. Falls are definitely scary, so definitely try different ways to reduce the symptoms. Hope that can help!
