I get really shaky and nervous when I talk to my therapist about my issues because I know that I have to be fully open, honest and vulnerable and I don't like it. Is this normal?

Yep, normal. Your therapist is aware that it can be hard to open up. Practice helps the words flow easier over time.

It's completely normal if you have ever experienced any kind of fear, anxiety, nervousness, doubt, uncertainty... basically if you have ever been a human being at any point in your life (sorry, just hoping to get a bit of a chuckle in the middle of all the seriousness).
