Hey friends! I have chronic GI conditions and obstructions. I just found out that when I get home from the hospital, I’ll be on TPN and just able to consume full liquids, if anything, for the next several months (if not more). I am petrified that I am going to slip back into my eating disorder when all I can have is smoothies and ensure. I need variety!!! Like no one can do that and be mentally fine, never mind someone that’s struggled with an eating disorder more than half of her life. Does anyone have any suggestions: varieties of full liquids, tips?? Thank you in advance!
Can you melt ice cream and eat it if so maybe you can give yourself a treat now and then. Cause everyone needs to feel happy about their food cause i get trigger with my eating disorder sometimes too but my sisters like how do you get trigger with a eating disorder thats a dumb reason to not count calories or whatever
yes, I’ll be able to do some ice cream so that’ll be nice. I’m sorry that your sisters don’t get it/understand. If you ever need support, send a message!
