It looks like we have a lot in common. If i feel lightheaded, i wear compression socks and eat salt. I cut out gluten and limited dairy for my IBS which SUCKS but i was bloated and in agony before. Ppl say regular exercise helps everything but i have too much fatigue to guarantee that
You should definitely be in regular contact with a physician or psychiatrist who keeps tabs on your mental health. I’ve personally had to change mine several times and it’s easier with someone who asks the right questions instead of you having to say “is this working?” On top of meds, I would recommend a counselor who specializes in depression. They can help you with eating better, creating coping mechanisms that work, and generally understanding your own brain. ❤️

If you are like me your body becomes resistant to meds over time and you have to "ride the Rollercoaster" to switch to new meds. I can usually go 2 to 4 years between med changes but it is always a dreaded time when the next Rollercoaster ride approaches. Sometimes, however, an up in dosage is all that's needed.
Look into behavioral therapy. They have books on Amazon. I bought a couple. They help you work on different parts of different mental conditions. You just have to work on changing your thought process. I take meds, go to a therapist, work on this book, and journal.
This is a good question
