      You can text the word "connect" to the number 741741 they are a text only crisis hotline for mental health. And you get connected real fast too someone to talk to, it is a real person that's a crisis counselor.

      Ketamine infusion therapy is awesome. But try talking to your doctor, first. And see about why you're on Remeron. That poses a risk for serotonin syndrome, when prescribed with Dexmethylphenidate.

          @jun.i what symptoms have been overwhelming you? Iā€™m sorry youā€™re going through this. I had some similar feelings a few months ago. Thankfully the right medicine and therapy has gotten me feeling more stable now. Be patient in your healing. ā¤ļø you can do this. It does get better but it takes time to get there.
