I’d consult your doctor before adding certain vitamins to your routine if your not sure about possible drug interactions. But my medications make me pretty fatigued as well and vitamin D and magnesium have helped!

Cold carbonated drinks like LaCroix help wake me up. I pair that with splashing cold water on my face or taking a cool/cold shower.

I use cold water on my face, the colder the better If you have a job that requires sitting go for a jog or something once in a while, something to keep your body active

Mint herbal tea! It's strong enough to get me going in the morning at least. Honestly I've never been a coffee drinker so I'm not sure that would be a good substitute.

I shower in the morning to wake up. Just a regular shower. ( Most days)

Hmm definitely a small breakfast and fruit juice, sunlight, and a good nights sleep if you can! (I’m a caffeine addict so I hope these work for you)

walking outside helps me a lot. so does steaming my face which surprised me bc i expected that to make me more sleepy but personally it gently wakes me up pretty well

Vitamins will help. Also, opening the curtains to let the sun in. I walk my dog first thing in the morning and the crisp morning air helps me wake up

Spicy food. Little jalapeno or hot salsa in your breakfast tacos will shake the sleepy

@Swerve Vitamins can help with your overall energy as well. Any multi vitamin will work. I use gummies because they slap with dinosaur chicken nuggets.

@Swerve I tend to eat a lot of spicy food lol. I'll have to plan the timing of my vitamins a bit better then if they might help wake me up
