I have had pain for almost 13yrs. 3yrs clean of pain meds. PT does help only if you stick with it after your sessions. Also I use Kratom need info ask and Google. I haven't felt this good in years. I thought a lot the pain was bad it was actually just muscles really tight. And 2wks I can sleep on my left side!

Tried all items and nothing seems to work don't want drugs. Seeking other options.
