I feel like i’m always overwhelmed and irritated and off set by everything. It’s hard to “figure out the warning signs” before things escalate and it’s even harder when you’re caught up in the moment! All you feel is your emotion and that’s the main focus…Any advice on not stressing so hard and not escalating so readily?

Just walk away. That's really all you can do. Walk away and think about what moment you got upset. What happened before that? Analyze the pattern. Usually by that point I've calmed down enough to handle the situation that upset me
