I've known for a long time that I wasn't normal and I have several symptoms of adhd but it isn't really affecting me living a normal life right now. I just wonder if it would really be worth it to get an official diagnosis and get on meds or if the meds will make me a zombie or have no personality.
atomoxetine is a non stimulant medication that worked well for me for a while
Therapy may be helpful if you are not already in it & you are able to.

And especially since you have depression it could help a lot to get some sort of meds that could treat both. I have depression too and it's difficult to get stuff done when you're busy feeling like you can't do anything because your brain is telling you not to
