Does anyone else with endo have blood in their stool occasionally?

I have this but didn’t know the reason

I did and they found I had endo on my rectum. Removed that and the bleeding stopped.

@100Percent_K I have my first excision surgery in April. I have had an entire GI workup so ik it's not from that, just wondering if endo could cause it

@Birdies yes endo can definitely cause it, that’s what caused mine. Endo on the rectum won’t show even on scopes, they’ll have to look back there when they open you up. Was a game changer for me for sure with that symptom, but also many others

Yeah I do but they’ve never found a cause. I tend to think it’s microtearing because nothing every shows up on colonoscopies or elsewhere that would explain the blood. Mine is bright red which indicates it comes from the end of my intestinal tract 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Lndsy have you had a lap done to excise?
