My first post on here is a mini rant. Whenever I speak out about how I feel - which is very rarely, I tend to just act like all is OK - I get responses of 'oh yeah I have this... and I feel like this... I can't do this...'. Sometimes I just want someone to say 'it's OK, I'm here for you. Shall we get some chocolate' or something so simple. I 100% understand that others express differently but, it's every time I try to open up and express how I feel for once š It's a huge reason I'm trying this app. Does anyone else get these responses when they're just looking for a simple reassurance?

Yes, many people told me something similar and it hurts me every time at the point I speak very rarely about my health issues and just a couple of friends are aware of me being ill and not working atm. I have the fear of being dimished when I open about this topics with answers like: it is not too bad, just go to the gym, You are too sensitive and so on...š„
