Hello! My name is Dani and I'm 23 in october. I don't really have any specific questions honestly. I have had depression, anxiety, and PTSD for years now but there are some things I haven't given much thought about it. I grew up in a home where mental health and even regular health was a taboo thing to talk about. I have had DID since around when I was diagnosed with PTSD but I was too scared to talk about it and this year I finally have gotten more comfortable. I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and am taking medication. Any info or really anything would help greatly on my journey to learn more! š
