@LeeM when anxiety acts up bad, I usually take some cbd to calm myself down and it goes away. If you don't already have a solid sleep schedule I would suggest having one of those, and not pushing yourself too hard.
I thought I'd try reaching out to others who may have found ways to cope with the symptoms. For me, it's anxiety, tired all the time, forgetting things often. That's my most troublesome symptoms.

Hi, thanks for replying. I'm just trying to find ways to deal with depression and anxiety. It keeps getting worse and I haven't found a medication that helps (I've only tried a few so far, it's been a long process).
