One of my biggest set backs is taking medication and for some reason I can’t force my self to take it my major depression + anxiety takes over me most of the time and now I feel detached dealing with brain fog… it’s hard to switch my diet or exercise and go the natural way but I feel like I’m not getting better and living in fear and scared all the time any help on how to go about things?

      @VinnieV it’s like it seems like this is a normal for me so I don’t even feel my anxiety or depression comes until it’s actually here my body reacting too it

      I find that when I get anxious about something specific, the best remedy in the moment is to take control of your breathing. If you focus on your breathing, it occupies your mind a bit and eases any tension you may have in your thoughts or feelings

        @VinnieV yes I’ve been trying on my breathing but my moods shift so fast then my anxiety kicks in…. I’m dealing with a severe brain fog that it seems like no matter how healthy I try to eat my mind wanders off and I feel like it’s hard for me to think right now like a blank mind so it’s hard to focus and keep my mind in present.
