I tracked my prolonged acne down to a cinnamon allergy! It's so strange. I've never seen any documentation or medical study yet that would agree, but once my youngest child started getting hives from cinnamon rolls and other things with cinnamon I purged it from the house. It took a few months but my acne cleared and also my other child's dandruff cleared. Christmas came around and I ate a little cinnamon dessert and acne came back, which confirmed it wasn't just effecting my youngest, just effecting him more severely. I also believe that a cinnamon intolerance could be the cause of other skin conditions like eczema.

thank you so much the your response! i completely agree that my acne is a symptom of internal issues. i switched to a vegan diet 3 years which has had a positive impact on my overall well being and i am now now transitioning to an alkaline vegan diet. reducing processed food as much as possible. just ordered a bunch of herb supplements too but i should have also bought something specific for detoxing. i’m also trying to start daily yoga and exercise more in general because i don’t think i’m getting enough circulation in my body. but i have a good feeling that these few changes will help me out a lot.

I’ll drop you some wisdom. Some things I’ve learned the past few years since my acne attack is that the cause of almost any symptom is coming from the inside. It’s your body telling you there’s a problem that needs to be looked at. Your gut is off most likely, something to do with diet. Even emotional trauma being purged and brought to the surface.. it’s all connected. I suggest first looking at your diet and gut health, also making sure your organs are clean and working well. You can supplement using NAC, astragalus etc there are lots of natural sources that will clean your organs. This will all help regulate hormones as well. Not to mention upgrade your overall well-being tremendously 🙃 pills, creams, prescriptions.. just mask issues, maybe.. and always temporarily.
