Sores on Tongue: Anyone Else Experienced This?

My tongue is very sore on the entire left side for over a year. Usually only the sore is at the tip, but sometimes i get a couple on the bottom. For about 4 months last year, i had 4 to 12 canker sores on the insides of mouth. They were typically smaller and lasted only hours to a few days. Then also some tiny ones would pop up more like an allergic reaction and go away quickly.

On my tongue & gums! But my doctors now think it’s from MCAS
