To anyone who overthinks scenarios whether it’s from previous conversations or ones you anticipate to have in the future, I found the something that helped me tremendously. I would spend hours thinking about all the things I wanted/wished I’d say but instead I would write it all out in my notes app. Spend hours adjusting it sound perfect and then forget about it. I learned very quickly is that I wasn’t rehearsing or trying to fix an older conversation but just to clearly layout what I wanted to say. I hope this helps someone else.
