Its been worse recently but I constantly think about jumping in my car in the middle of the night and just driving aimlessly. I don’t know if it’s related to my suicidal thoughts, maybe an alternative, but its so overwhelming. I was outside almost to my car and just turned around because I don’t want to leave my mother to worry but its just too much. Has anyone been through something like this? Does it ever go away?
