So I might be gluten sensitive (maybe might have celiac disease) so my doc suggested that I try to cut or reduce gluten. And omg it’s so hard. Why does everything have gluten in it?!?

Has your doctor given you a blood test for gluten intolerance first? I agree with Tiasha. My first Dr was useless, and the "challenge" I had to do a year later was awful. Do not stop eating gluten until you are properly diagnosed

Oh and just remember, even if the pack says MAY contain TRACES of gluten, don't eat it! If U wanna put ur GF bread in the toaster, just don't... That's how bad it is!!!

Hey there! I am medically diagnosed with coeliacs and that is soooo true!!! I find it hard since I only just started so... But you should totally get a gastroscopy. It's not good to further damage your villi (the protein absorbing things in ur digestive system and btw gluten is a protein). For more info on what it does and what to eat etc, there are so many GF food options, apps and stuff. DM me for my fav ones. Hooroo!

Your Dr should keep you on gluten until medically diagnosed by colonoscopy, this will show if gluten is damaging villi

I've had coeliac since I was born and I agree the diet is very hard since everything has gluten in it, but there are lots of gluten-free options available, you just have to look and see what you find, every year they bring out more and more gluten-free and it makes me happy, if you need any advice, I'm available

Its crazy right? Who knew that soy sauce has more wheat then soy?!?! But once you learn what does and doesn't it get easier. If you have some foods like, I may have GF suggestions. I've been doing this over a decade and have learned a lot (not everything tho)
