Lithium and Mental Health: How Does It Affect You?

For the first week I wasn't feeling great psychically I had tremors and dehydration but after that it's been extremely helpful especially with my mania

The best so far is what I'm on now which is lithium and lamictal. Everybody will work differently but it could still be helpful to know.

I'm not even sure at this point. It was the first medication they put me on. It has been a base ingredient in all my medication cocktails. I don't know if it was even doing anything when I hit 2020. But in the beginning I had trimmers.
