I punched a wall last night. Not because I was angry but because my body was so numb I was contemplating other self harm tbut my boyfriend was there and I can’t do that in front of other people cause even when I’m numb others feelings still matter to me. Also I’m trying to stop self harm since it isn’t a good thing to do (obvi) But I just needed the feeling of something. The punch felt like nothing though so I put it under hot water to irritate it a bit. Nothing. Cold water? Nothing. Then I just suddenly felt everything all at once. Does anyone else experience this?
