Can a prolapse go back up on its own?

Not really. Stage 1 or 2 can be reversed with pelvic floor therapy anything more and your can't reverse it (without surgery) and it's more about managing symptoms

Depends on the type of prolapse. But you can definitely have good days and bad days as far as symptoms and noticing it goes.
