Currently struggling a lot with navigating college and my mental health. I’m not sure exactly what I want to do in the future yet, but mental health is really important to me and I know I want to work in the medical field in some way and help people. I’m just about to start my 2nd year of college, and what I want is to double major in chemistry and psychology. But my struggles with my mental health and ADHD always make me doubt myself. It makes me feel like I’m not capable of doing the things I want, and sometimes when I’m going through a difficult time I feel like I shouldn’t even be in school at all. I love to learn and I don’t want to limit myself, but sometimes I feel like I’m just not capable of the same things as my peers :(
