Feeling Tired of Life and Wanting to Die

Please try to get some help. A counselor, therapist or talking to a close friend may help. Get some fresh air and realize that nothing lasts forever, even the moments of feeling so low. There's help and love available. Take care of yourself like you would a young child, listen to yourself and sit with those emotions. Don't try to run or dig deeper into them but be with that feeling. Maybe it will pass for a time. Wish you luck friend.

There's something in you that the world needs. Please reach out to someone you trust or contact a help line. I too didn't want to live anymore- but I was able to get some medicine to help. You're valuable. It's okay to feel this way, you're not your feelings, but please reach out for help. Otherwise- basic hygiene can be hard to do, but halfway doing it might help. Having a couple breaths of fresh air helps and sitting in the sunshine. Try to stay hydrated and eat simple meals and snacks. It might sound silly but when I feel up to it I have a little "dance like no ones watching" spell and helps a little. I'm sorry you're dealing with this- but better days come.
