For sure. I've been feeling this a lot lately. The confusion can be the hardest part at times, since nothing makes sense. Hopefully you can have a little time to wind down, if possible. I've found writing things down, even when extremely out of it and confused, has helped me when I look at it later. Sometimes you can pull something that can help you identify triggers, feelings, thoughts etc.
