fatigue. I need to go to class, I need to exercise, I need to eat, I need to go take my meds because it's 1 am and I won't sleep without them but my body is just refusing. it's painful and stressful and I feel so guilty for failing to do things just because I dont feel good. how do you all cope with fatigue/malaise?

those are great ideas, thank you! I am currently in college so I will look into that.

I feel you man! If you’re in college, consider registering for accommodations through your disability center! They’ll be able to help you fill in the gaps when your symptoms are too much to bear, and they often have support groups you can join! First thing in the morning, go out and get some sunshine! Even if that’s the only thing you do all day, that’s okay! Sleep well❤️

I hope you managed to take your medication and get some sleep. Tomorrow is a new day ❤️ Take things one step at a time, you can't do everything at once. Find the most important thing and get that out of the way if you can. Here if you need a chat!
@Cloverleaf I did finally take my meds, thank you for the kind words 😊

Pacing and resting are the only things that have helped me manage my fatigue. Being kind to myself, recognising that I'm sick, and that I wouldn't push anyone else - so why myself? Pacing takes a long time to learn and to be honest it's really slipped for me recently but breaking tasks down, doing tiny bits (even when I feel I can do more!), and doing them in an accessible way is the main reason I'm not bedbound anymore!
@Cloverleaf thank you for the advice, and im happy to hear you're not bedbound anymore! That's a major accomplishment :)
It could also be depression. My depression me from doing all of the small things like brushing teeth, shower, taking meds, eating. Fatigue/malaise is the bigger ones like exercise and going somewhere. For me at least
@FS_cookielove that's a really good point, sometimes I have trouble distinguishing the two.
