Weight and food have always been my biggest problems but now I’m over- exercising and under eating taking pills for weight loss and laxatives and taking hot baths bc I’m trying to get down to 125 by this weekend

@kaylo i had to throw away mine too- i fell in the habit of still using friends'/doctors scales because "it's healthy to know where i'm at so i can track progress!:D✨" ...... no lol. it's a one way ticket to feel-bad town. even my lowest weight made me feel disgusting, and i was in the double digits- there's no way to win the number game.

I check mine like five times a day and it sucks because I keep binge eating and then not eating and it’s a vicious cycle that happens over and over again

the scale gets addicting, i become obsessed with the numbers. if i wake up & weigh myself i’ll not eat bc i’ll be obsessed with waking up the next day and weighing even less. i honestly had to throw away my scale, when i go to drs appts i ask them not to tell me my weight, when i see a scale at a friends house while i’m using their bathroom - it takes every thing in me to not get on it. i really still struggle with this, however, the first step for me was throwing away the scale and not having it in the house. it will drive you crazy at first but for me it helped to break that routine throughout the day.

I feel the same way. For months I have been taking supplements to help myself lose weight and I try to starve myself. I weigh myself every day and when I see the number I grow more and more unhappy with myself. I feel that I have to weigh a certain amount and have a flat stomach to fit in
