I currently have g.e.r.d. And have had it for 4 years just bout. Earlier tonight before I went out as I was getting ready after I got out of the shower I was having hot flashes feeling nauseous and felt like I had a mild case of diarrhea I was drinking a little bit of alcohol early in the day and I ate some stuff I may have not should’ve Eaten (hot sauce, fried fish,Cheetos, carrots, cucumbers, spring mix) but this Felt different I feel different I’m scared. Please help with any comments or words of encouragement thank you God bless

Hi Tatyana! I've currently been experiencing the horrible effects of Gerd as well. The one positive thing about all this is that you have something to blame for your stomach ache. You ate a bunch of things that caused your stomach to hurt. It's not like your stomach hurts for absolutely no reason. You know that if you eat foods that don't cause a flare you'll be fine. Stomach pains are so common. That in itself is not an indication of the big C. I'm writing this to you as another hypochondriac who takes any little symptom and assumes the worst. Take a moment to really analyze what you're saying. I sometimes sit there and have to verbally tell myself to snap out of it. I know it's hard. I wish I had the best answer for you to make you feel better. However what I do know is our minds play tricks on us. Don't Google symptoms. If you start to feel sick for real even though you're doing everything right then head to the DR. 9.9/10 it's nothing serious.

Also you say you never drink. I don't either. I recently had a glass of wine and had horrible hot flashes! It's not uncommon as you think. Hopefully you woke up feeling better. 💕sending you good vibes
