so, someone tossed one of those apple tv remotes at me 2 days ago and I missed it and it hit my head. It drew a tiny bit of blood, but not much. Now for the last two days, I'm fully convinced I have a brain bleed. I'm making myself sick with worry because of course I googled and found out you could get one with a minor head injury and not know it for up to two weeks.

@Binbin yeah, that's the only way it relieves my anxiety too. I have gone to our local urgent care at least 5 times in the last 6 months and 1 ER visit... I can't even count how many teledoc and primary care visits. I just wish I could relieve my health anxiety another way

I completely get you. I do this to myself all the time too - the latest was convincing myself that I have skin cancer. The only effective way to handle it for me is to have a professional tell me I’m wrong! Make an appointment with your doctor and express your concerns
Google is your worst enemy. You’d have to encounter much more trauma to the head than a tv remote chucked at it. Your ok!!
