Hello, I have patellar femoral syndrome, which is similar to patellar tendinitis. I have pain in both front of my knee caps when driving and when doing certain exercises. I have been to physical therapy but have already finished because there was nothing left they could do for me. Also, I've tried pain meds, none of them relieve the pain, ice only releives it for little time. Anyone else have pain in knee caps when driving ? (Specifically when braking and accelerating) I would love to chat with others on this condition!
