      1. Going outside 2. Complete a small task (eg: open the mail, clean the fridge, sweep the kitchen, etc.)

I play video games and listen to music. I tend to shut out the world and drown out my problems (which isn't the healthiest) but it helps a lot.

I engage in my hobbies. Reading, writing, music, sometimes exercise, cosplay and video games. I try to do some self care as well, such as showering and my skincare routine.

Hiking and video games help me.

The Sims. I get sucked into it and 5 hours later I'm okay 😁

I do adult color books and puzzles. Sounds a bit odd, but they give me a sense of accomplishment (outside of normal day to day things) which lifts my moods.

Gather some pictures of yourself as a little kid as a reminder of who you’re fighting for. You got this :)

I like to do diamond paintings and work on my trauma. Allowing myself to feel and let it pass helps soooo much.

@Mzcupcake I love to color too! I currently have 12 color books. I try to buy them anytime I see them on clearance. A few of them I've even found at 99 cent stores.

@Mzcupcake that's sounds fun, I do digital art but works been keeping me from what I love the most. What's been your favorite coloring book?
